WOW! Just got back from another fantastic photography convention at the Novatel hotel in Hammersmith London. I attended the convention for the full week and had a great time.

I’d like to say thanks to everyone who attended my master-classes  on saturday and sunday, you helped make it an excellent and very rewarding experience.

I was also very fortunate and achieved my Associateship (ASWPP) qualification at the convention which topped the week off.

As some of you may know, Photo Graffiti is very close to Cardiff which makes us happy as we love shooting model portfolio’s and portraits at Cardiff Bay. Here’s a shot from a recent photo shoot I did at the bay before Christmas.

This was an advertising shoot for a landscape gardener who wanted to have a unique photo to market his landscape gardening business in a rather unusual way. This was great fun to put together.

Newport’s up and coming Electro music artist KC came down to the studio to create a something a bit different for some promotion around Halloween. We shot a load of photos in the studio and then I went out on location to shoot a suitable background to drop behind KC.

We went over and had a shoot with KC on the fairly new SDR bridge in Newport yesterday. I’ve loved the look of this bridge ever since it was built not no long ago. Here’s a shot from the shoot

Telegram for the Queen are an up and coming electro band from Chepstow South Wales, The boys wanted something different and unique from the usual electro image. We did a whole series of them covered in blood and fighting and had some really good fun. here’s an example of what we got up to

This is rather amusing and I thought I should share this as it’s features me in. It’s a band promo shot for a good friend of mines metal band from Newport. I have very little to do with the band but sometimes perform gang vocals and have the look that they’re all about I guess. Any way this was good fun shooting and editing. Richy

Stu is a professional skateboarder and popped down from Scotland on a skate trip, while he was down he thought he’d drop in Photo Graffiti and get some head shots done to use to promote his new skate shoes and skate boards for Creature and Osiris. It was great fun shooting Stu and he was a real nice guy.
